If you are unable to login - please do the following:
I. Make sure you have input correct login info.
II. Clear browser cache:
Microsoft Internet Explorer Browser
1. Click the Tools menu.
2. Select Internet Options.
3. Click the General tab.
4. Click the Delete… button.
Make sure that Temporary Internet Files is checked
5. Click the OK button in the confirmation window.
6. Click the OK button to close the "Internet Options" window.
Mozilla Firefox Browser
1. Click the orange Firefo button on a top.
2. Select History.
3. Click the "Clear Recent History..." or press Ctrl+Shift+Del
4. In "Time Range to clear" choose "Everything".
5. Click the "Details" button and make sure that the "Cache" is checked.
6. Click the "Clear Now" button.
III. Close browser window. (to release session)
IV. Open browser
V. Go to www.CDLExam.co
VI. Click on the "Log in" or "My Tests" link
VII. Enter your Email address and Password into Login panel
VIII. Click on "Go" button.
